Provided by YPmobileI purchased my wedding gown and my flower girl's dress through Dream Day Bridal. Laurie and Christina are great! They are so kind and patient, and really listened to me. My whole experience with them was good, and I would highly recommend that you visit this store before any others. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Their alterations lady Mary is very talented at what she does, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Way to go ladies, I will recommend you to everyone!
P.S. After reading some of these reviews, I see that one of the biggest issues is going shopping without an appointment... It is common wedding dress shopping etiquette to make an appointment before you shop, that way you get the service and attention that you deserve as a bride.

Provided by YP.comFor the love of all that is holy do NOT go here if you don't have an appointment. You will be treated like an intruder rather than a customer. Someone told me they got their dress at Dream Day Bridal and so on a whim we decided to stop by and check it out. When we walked in it could not be any plainer that we were not wanted there. The lady at the counter did not say hello or greet us when we walked in and had a sour look on her face the entire time we walked around. I asked her about the price ranges of the dress after a few minutes of silence and she told me, asking in return what the price range I was trying to stay in was. I told her my price range which she was obviously not impressed with. The regular dresses were not in my desired budget but they did have some on clearance that were. When I asked if I could try anything on she replied very shortly that we needed to make an appointment. Now, if they were busy I would have completely understood this, but there was not ONE person in the store! Not one! They were completely dead! And even if I couldn't try on anything I would have been grateful for ANY kind of service! But she went back to whatever she was doing before I walked in, clearly I had disturbed her. So, I looked around for a bit and then found some things that I really liked. One dress in particular that I absolutely loved. When we asked to make an appointment to try on some dresses she looked at me incredulously and said in the rudest possible way. "These dresses are way out of your price range!" I was completely shocked. It was some of the worst customer service I have ever received. It could have not been any clearer that she thought we a nuisance. I do not know how they stay in business treating people this way! I'm sure if you make an appointment they will be perfectly lovely because they expect you to buy, but as a walk in I know what kind of people they really are. They are complete snobs and they missed out on a sale, because I had the cash to buy and I was ready to make a purchase on a dress then and there. AWFUL!

Provided by YP.comDream Day Bridal is a mother-daughter ran business, and they are just fantastic! Laurie and Kristina really listened to what I was wanting in a dress and paid attention to the details. I had gone dress shopping countless times before and it was all just a flop. The boutique is a very intimate setting, and both Kristina and Laurie make sure that all attention is focused on one bride, and one bride only. Often times, when walking into a bridal boutique it's very stuffy and intimidating. I feel as they both do a fantastic job with making you feel at ease, and relaxed when making one of the biggest decisions for the wedding.
I had to get my dress altered, and they had their alteration lady come in. Mary is FANTASTIC!!! She made my dress fit like a glove, and I could not be more impressed. My dress was lace with beading, and pearls in the bodice, so to alter the dress she had to work with a lot of details. Not only did she do great work, but incredibly reasonably priced. I am very fortunate that Dream Day sent me in her direction. Once she is done altering the dress, she brings it back to Dream Day for them to steam (what a nice perk!).
After my last fitting, we noticed that the lace was pulling, and bunching around my waist. When looking closer it was because the beads, pearls, etc. were sewn all the way through the lace to the satin underneath on the dress. Dream Day took off all the beads, pearls, etc. on the dress to let the pulling go, and re-sew every last detail back on, to just the lace. Not to mention, we realized this problem, oh, two days before the wedding. And they finished the project the next day that I brought it in. There were easily 20-30 beads, etc. that needed to be taken off, then redone. I am so fortunate to have found a boutique that really cared so much for my special day, that they would put forth that much extra work to make it perfect. They are a vendor I happily suggest, and encourage everyone to consider when finding their bridal gown! They also have great accessories ;)

Provided by YP.comDO NOT BUY YOUR DRESS FROM THIS SHOP!!!!– They are not honest, double talkers, ZERO Customer Service or Accountability
First visit to shop was great. Owners were out going and friendly. They are supposed to be the expert so when Laurie measured me and recommended a certain size dress of course I agreed. Once I purchased my dress and paid $1000 to Laurie & Christine (which was $500 more than what I planned to spend) the owners completely changed their attitude and showed their true colors. They never called me when my dress arrived, I had to call them and they told me it had arrived the week prior. They said there was No need to come try the dress since my wedding was 2 months away and that Mary (their tailor) does not alter dresses until about 3 weeks prior. I made an appointment anyway to try the dress only to discover it was over 5 inches too small and wouldn’t even close. I ordered a white dress and while Laurie was attempting to fasten my dress she stated it was difficult due to a cut she had on her finger. She then said it was starting to bleed and she needed to get a band aid. I turned and looked to see that my brand new $1000 dress had blood on it and Laurie did not even say a word. The next day my parents went to speak with Laurie and she said she had removed the blood from the dress and that she told me to order a larger size dress which is complete blasphemy!
When I went 4 weeks later to try my dress on with Mary the blood was still on the dress! I told her I was appalled she would let blood sit on my dress for a month after she told my parents it was off. Her response was, “It is half off!” Blood on my $1000 white wedding dress is disgusting and unacceptable to me; I guess I am just a crazy bride. For the rest of the fitting Laurie kept her back to us and never looked us in the eye. When my mother told her she had not even apologized to us, Laurie said, “What do I need to apologize for? Your daughter is just upset her dress doesn’t fit.”
At this point my wedding was 1 month away and she already had our money and knew we were stuck. Mary (tailor) then stated, “You don’t have to be here, you can go some where else to have the alterations done.” We never had even met Mary and had no issue with her at this time. We ordered fabric for a corset and it took over 1 ½ months to arrive which we had to pay for even though the dress size ordered was wrong and Laurie got blood on my dress. The fabric was about $25.
All this on top off Laurie refusing to order my veil when I asked her to, she told me I needed to wait to see how my hair looked. (Isn’t it the consumer’s choice when he/she wants to buy)? I had to force her to order my shoes which she insured me I could return if they didn’t fit. When the shoes came in she denied that she said I could return them and made me pay a $25 return fee. Mary (tailor) gave me attitude on several occasions when I made critiques of her alterations. She said I was being “too judgmental.” It’s only my wedding day, right? Mary put in a “dart” in the front bust area that completely ruined the front of my dress which she never told me there was any risk of damage. Laurie (mother) was never at the shop again for any of my fittings. Her daughter Christine never greeted us when we came into the shop. It was like we didn’t exist.
$1000 dress, $400 alterations, $20 return shoe fee, $25 fabric fee, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I dreaded going into the store every time I had to go. Not the memories I wanted for my wedding dress!!!
