I will never come back to Katz. I called to place a to-go order. Was told they are not doing to-go orders today. So I asked, "if I come in physically could I place one"? ..I was told yes. So I go in and everyone has their head so far up their ass. They reject my order and tell me I have to dine in. Order and box my food at the table. I watched 2 gentleman walk in and immediately walk out in a span of 3 minutes. Apparently this business does not want to make money. Well I stuck it out. Ordered my food at a table and took it home. Wasn't even that great. What a horrible business model. "Lets reject business on our half decent food and make half the money" REDICULOUS!

I've been here a few times and the service has always been great. Fast service that actually ends with extremely fresh food. Can't go wrong with their fried pickles or homemade potato chips. Everyone should eat here at least once.
