This place has some great home cooked food. It isn't commercial like most places and the folks that work there are genuinely nice people. It's a breath of fresh air in Shepherd. Other restaurants in town have good food and good service, but the atmosphere isn't always that great. The atmosphere at High Noon is always nice. My favorite part is that there is NO SMOKING in the restaurant. I hate to smell cigarette smoke when I am trying to eat.
