UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE.

You can tell these people work for the government because they don't seem to be reprimanded when they do a TERRIBLE job.

I needed to pay my $60.00 for my P.O. box when I was told from a USPS worker that USPS offers a type 'E' box to those who do not have a mail box at their residence. Type 'E' boxes are free. When I asked the lady behind the counter about it, she agreed that she knew what it was and that it was offered by USPS just before Jim (I guess he's supposed to be the post master) came up and rudely said, "No, ma'am. There's no such thing as a group 'E' box. You have to pay for your P.O. box. You have to pay for your things, just like everyone else." He said this in front of several others customers in the office.

I completely forgot about my $60 renewal and called today. To my misfortune, Jim answered. Instead of answering my questions, he gave me sarcastic responses and told me I had to come in. These people need to GO. I wish I could rate zero stars.

I totally agreed with John with some lady's attitude towards customers. Probably we're talking about the same lady who works there. I did see a gentleman before who was nice. But I'd rather drive to another town to mail my stuff after I had seen the lady twice. If you cannot be nice, at least get familiar with USPS rules and regulations yourself. Don't say things randomly at different times. I called USPS and the customer service explained the rules and apologized to me. I will still use USPS, but not this office.

The people who work behind the counter are extremely rude. God forbid you call with a question. Last time I did that, the woman who answered actually heavily sighed quite a few times! I'm sorry you don't want to be at work or to deal with me, but when you work somewhere like that, you just have to get over it. Your crappy attitude isn't going to help your situation, it's going to make your day even worse. I wish I lived somewhere else so I wouldn't have to go through these people.
