I have a home warranty policy on my HVAC system. When I filed a claim, they automatically assigned Four Seasons HVAC to diagnose my A/C issue. They were able to come out the same day I called. The technician was very knowledgeable and found a leak in my evaporator coil. They got everything approved through my home warranty and the coil was replaced within a couple of days. I will request this company the next time I have a claim. Thank you - Sharon M.

I'd like to apologize to the customer, Kayla K. for her unfortunate experience she received from our company. We run service calls 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. I believe your call came in during a very cold spell in the Louisville area. We were working under extreme conditions and our office was under heavy stress as well trying to get everyone scheduled and taken care of. This is by no means an acceptable manner to treat customers, just an explanation of the stress everyone was under at the time. It's very important to get heat to our customers as quickly as possible, and sometimes it's just not quick enough. I'm sorry if you were treated rudely. That's not our manner and certainly not our intention - I'm sure the stress just got the better of our office that day. I'm glad you were able to be taken care of. I hope we can have a second chance to redeem ourselves and serve you in the future. Thank you, Four Seasons HVAC

I just received service on my furnace from Four Seasons HVAC. I didn't ask for them, they were sent from my home warranty company. Their office personnel were courteous and polite and scheduled my service call promptly. The technician was not only knowledgeable, but diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly. I will definitely request Four Seasons HVAC from my home warranty company the next time I need service.

I Have a home warranty and Four Seasons are the ones who were assigned the claim. The lady who called to schedule the appt had to be the most rude and insensitive person I've ever spoken to. My heat went out and its going to be 13 degrees tonight. I asked her if I could have some one come out tonight because it was just my daughter and I and we didn't have anywhere else to stay. She couldn't have cared less. Didn't show any empathy at all. told me that tomorrow was the earliest that they could come out. I told her my lunch was at 1 and if there was anyway I could get a window of 1-2 and I could just move my lunch back if need she told me "no, it had to be 1-3." I understand if thats the only appointment she had but I will never recommend this company to anyone. She didn't even apologize or give me any suggestions that I could try so I wasn't w/o heat. I am also filing a complaint with my home warranty to have them removed, I sure they don't want a company like this representing them. I ended up calling my home warranty back and getting them to assign a company that could get it fixed tonight so that I didn't have to have a night w/o heat, this was just the most uncaring rep for a company I've ever encountered.
