If I could give it no stars I would. Over charged us. Hot tub green and gross. Pool was closed but they never told us. WiFi sucked. Site was so small we could not see at picnic tables cause it was up against the other rv. Had to step over neithbors septic line to go to out truck

6-25-15 Two families totaling 14 people drove up to 3.5 hours to have a long famiky weekend full of swim and fun. Reservations were made 2 months in advance. Upon arrival, the 9 kids find out the pool is closed and has NEVER opened this season. THIS ABSOLUTELY SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED TO US when we made the reservation or sometime in the last 2 months. We won't be staying this weekend or ever! Call first----pool is closed! If you have kids, that may be a deal breaker for you as it is for us!

We have always stayed at Koa's in the past but this was by far the WORST camping experience ever. We came for the Kentucky Derby. We we arrived, our campsight that we had PAID for and requested, was taken by another guest. The site that they gave us instead, was on a hill, covered with TALL weeds and very far from the bathroom, which I had special needs to be near a restroom. We set up our tent anyway, and the staff member said he would give us some free wood. When we returned, the wood had been sat on our picnic table...in the RAIN. When I voiced my concerns to the staff, they were very unresponsive and had the "could care less" attitude. Never again!
