The service I received has been horrible. I had to take my lawnmower back three times to replace the carburetor. After taking it back three times and paying for a carburetor, it is still not fixed after being told it had been. The first time I had to return it, I called and he claimed he was too busy to look at it. It wouldn't start so I had to have someone else look at it and they told me I needed a carburetor which is interesting as I just had paid for a new carburetor. The third time I called, I didn't mention the issues before and he was able to get me right in. He told me he would take care of it. I received a call mentioning I needed a carburetor... I mentioned on the call that I had already paid for a carburetor that had not been installed and I had not been able to use the lawn mower since the last time he "fixed it". Furthermore, he didn't even put the screws back on, everything is loose as if he didn't even try to fix it but he did charge me. It's a shame that one is allowed to slap a business name on a building/house and call it a business.
