I had poor customer service, poor house keeping, and was over charged for!! They staff varied anywhere from nice to down right rude. I stayed there for a little over 2 weeks while looking for housing in the area and have never been so unhappy with a hotel staff. I finally couldn't take it anymore and moved to another motel while I continued my house search. I didn't get housekeeping for three days and had multiple nights when I would find that housekeeping had taken my dirty towels but left nothing in return. I paid almost a $100 in pet fees for my cat and put down a $100 cash deposit which they lost. Then 2 days latter claimed that they had to keep $60 of it because they had to wash all the bedding and clean the carpets because of the cat. They should be washing the bedding anyway and not charging for it. As for the carpet my pets crate was kept in the bathroom so that there wouldn't be any mess on the carpet and if they had been cleaning the room regularly like they are supposed to then it would have been a lot cleaner. It's hard to keep a carpet clean when your walking in snow every day and coming in with wet shoes. I was very unsatisfied with the staff and my stay and would not recommend them to anyone!!!!
