being harrassed by this company. While I was in the hospital following an auto accid, in critical condition, my son wrote a check for his vehicle payment, forged on my acct. As if this were not unpleasant enough, Check Solutions began pursuing me, as I had stopped payment on the check. Clearly, this was not my debt & clearly they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Altho the situation had been explained to them, they continue to threaten to report me to the credit bureaus & are tacking on additional fees, seeking an atty. Avoid them at all costs!
