Every time I call there the phone is continuously busy...even thru the noon hour...twice I repeatedly called for three days each time and the phone continuously rang busy..only explanation I received is we're busy..I called approximately 25 times today alone..unfortunately I have to keep trying as I need to exchange oxygen tanks...poor communication lines or phone is deliberately off the hook...I try all day long to get thru...my second experience, so thumbs down
