Not always the fastest service, but they generally have a good selection of electronics. They have pretty good deals on tv's

Best Best is A OK for me. Every time I buy something from them I use their credit card withno interest for 18 months. It use to be 3 years. But 18 months is just fine for me.

Just brought 3 handheld telephones, a large 27" monitor and a 42 inch TV and mount. All of this for about $1000 with no interest for a year and a half.

I have always had a great experience shoping at Best Buy and I love them,

Sherman Oaks is most definetly not an exeption, one of the few 2 story stores in the nation, I always get outstanding

Customer service, very knowledgeable associates & profetional managers,

I been a customer of Best Buy for 10 years and now that they are in Sherman Oaks I buy stuff even more often.

WELLCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD!

Best Buy needs to hire more store clerks. I have walked out of the store frustrated everytime I have shopped there because I could not find anyone to answer questions.

This is a new store and it is Christmas rush, but it seemed to be low on stock and short on associates.
