One of the very worst experiences because of a pathetic mistake by supposed travel agent Sigal Kinan that cost me three tickets to Israel, totaling almost $5000.



I had purchased three tickets through her to go to Israel with my two children. We were supposed to fly in July 2014 but had to cancel because of the political war and fighting that was going on during that time. Sigal assured me that I have one year to use these tickets as Delta understood what was going on in Israel. I was pleased and told her at the time that I would use those tickets next summer July 2015. She agreed and I thought all was well. I called this week which is February 2015 to choose dates to be used for July 2015.



What does she tell me ??? .. that the tickets are no longer available and were expired THIS MONTH in February. WTF!!! WHY DIDNT she call me and tell me this? WHY DIDNT SHE email me in July 2014 and explainto me that February 2015 is the expiration and not July?? I had even spoken with her and mentioned that I b cause of the situation, I would wait to use the credit the following summer..



STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The mistake of Sigal Kinan cost me nearly $5,000!!!'
