Dr. Carden provides patient-focused care, tailoring his approach to address not only the physical needs of patients in the Los Angeles area but also their mental and emotional state.Dr. Carden offers personalized pain management programs for patients living with arthritis, neuropathy, sciatica, and other types of back and neck pain. He also diagnoses and treats complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), which is sometimes referred to as reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD). With decades of experience, Dr. Carden addresses the underlying cause of pain with a range of treatments, including spinal cord stimulators, radiofrequency ablation, and all forms of injections.Following his prestigious education at Cambridge University in the United Kingdom, Dr. Carden served internships at Whipps Cross Hospital in Leytonstone, England, and Plaistow Hospital in London. He completed his residency at St. Bartholomews Hospital in London and the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver, Canada. Dr. Carden also completed rigorous fellowship training as a hyperbaric research fellow at the University of British Columbia.Over the years, Dr. Carden has shared his knowledge and experience in several academic appointments.
