Elon Berk is a super unreliable Lawyer. My wife was hit by a car in Dec 2011 and suffered some minor permanent injuries. The case is still not settled, and it's been more than 4 years now. Every time I try to find out where things are holding he just tells me "he's trying to get more money out of it". I don't know of any competent lawyer that takes 4 years to settle a case of a mere few thousand dollars.

my girl called in a domestic dispute and it was all down hill from there. Elon did good by me and got the charges and punishments lessened
