Store manager Vivian was really unhelpful and unfriendly. I requested a longer cut for my fabric and she suggested a certain way of cutting it which didn't leave it long enough. So we had to cut another piece in the length that I needed. She made me purchase the previous cut which I didn't need and she didn't care. She was pretty rude about it.

RUDE... Horrible Service!~ New to CA and first impression of store associate was RUDE right from the start of my transactions. I did not know the different rules of returns from here to my state. HE was just out right RUDE., would never employee him, He is not a people oriented person; very dissapointed. Only going back there for fabric, lady Manager there was very nice.

I called to ask a question and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. Nobody ever came back on the line, so I hung up and called back, and I was put on hold again for another 10+ minutes.
