Provided by YP.comHe was rude, and actually screamed at me for not "giving him proper directions" (I didn't have an address, just 2 cross streets). He then took the piano apart and took a hammer out - when all he was supposed to be doing was evaluating it, so I could decide if I wanted it. He was just ensuring that I would have to use him again, to come put it back, whether I liked his service or not. I decided not to take the piano, but then had to pay him $55. to come put the hammer back in.
Slimy, and rude, don't waste your money, or peace of mind.
The client asked me to evaluate an old piano. I told her it was definitely worth having. My understanding was that she was definitely getting it. With that understanding I did remove a part from the piano that was broken, so that I could repair it and have it ready the next time I saw her. When she didn't want the piano, she accused me of lying and take the part out purely to manipulate her so I would have to come back. This accusation is far from the truth. My intent was to save her money by not having to make two additional trips. I am sorry she felt that way.
