DO NOT EVER ORDER OR EAT HERE. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My pizza arrived cold and missing the dessert from my order. The quality of the pizza it was also horrendous so I called to ask for a refund on the missing dessert. I told the person I spoke to on the phone but the quality of the food was bad the pizza was cold and I would like a refund on the desert and he obliged and said he give me a refund on everything however a few minutes later I was called back by an angry person who seems to be the manager. I expressed the same concerns and he continued to speak over me not answer my questions and call me honey numerous times after I asked him not to. Four times if we want to be exact. It is wildly inappropriate to call me honey and I expressed that to him but he still ignored me and continued with the condescending name calling every time I told him that I'd like a refund and I was very disappointed. I have thrown the pizza out because I wasn't going to eat it. He said the only way that I could get a refund was if I gave the food back so I obliged I took the pizza out of the garbage and when the delivery person came back I handed it to her apologizing for giving her a pizza box out of the garbage. upon returning the food I was informed that I would get no refund at all. So I had two people tell me I could expect a full refund I gave what food I had back and expected me to pay full price for a zero food. I called back again to further discuss this and was informed that they were rude to me because I didn't like their pizza and that's why it was okay. He then said I couldn't get a refund because there was a slice of pizza missing well how would I know that the pizza was cold and not good if I hadn't tried the pizza? The manager continue calling me honey and told me that he could give me half off the food. So long story short poor quality food Disgusting customer service.



UPDATE: Following at the promise to give me a 50% refund on the food that I no longer have because he took it back, Marcelino called me from a different phone number and threatened to withhold my refund because I wrote a Yelp review and "that's not how we do business." It is my right to write a review and it's Absolutely disgusting customer service to threaten me for doing so. He informed me "he knows my name" and will call GrubHub back and tell them not to refund me anymore. Again breaking his word third time. I called GrubHub to ensure this wouldn't happen which they assured me it's not possible but I'm absolutely appalled at having to spend my night going back-and-forth with this wildly unprofessional manager.
