They have thier act together.

It's 4 days until Halloween and most costume stores are utter chaos. I was at a Halloween super store and it was crazy. There was a huge line to pay and nobody telling anyone there was a cash only line. Tons of people working but not doing much at all. Not the case at Party City. They had planned for the crowds and had a good system worked out so there was a smooth flow through the store. Nice Job!
