BE WARNED - PICASSO CLEANERS IN NOW UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AND THEY ARE NOT ANYWHERE NEAR THE SAME QUALITY AND CARE THAT THEY USED TO BE. Not only did they deliver my clothes to the wrong address, they lost one of my pants (and refused to do anything about it since it was lost "by the previous owners"). The new cleaners also shrunk and destroyed one of my favorite sweaters by shrinking it three sizes, and then tried to stretch it back into shape -- guess what, that doesn't work. After they misdelivered all of my clothes, they swore to me that they had no additional items of mine at the cleaners. When I discovered I was still missing a $1000 Armani suit, I called and complained and they then seemed to "find it" in the back room. Do yourself a favor - do not trust this place. There are dozens of other cleaners in the neighborhood - it's time to find yourself another cleaners. I know i will.
