DO NOT MOVE IN. Such a noisy place to live. Kids running around, yelling and the manager's grandson Josh bouncing balls against mail boxes on weekend mornings, so kiss sleeping in goodbye. They tell you to mind your neighbors but manager(Terri) and her family are the LOUDEST BY FAR. You cannot reach your apartment without Terri intercepting you and talking to you about how her life, she gets drunk periodically(weekly) so watch out you won't sleep if you happen to live near her.Sepulveda Blvd. has a high trafficprostitution and homeless making this apartment building target for break-ins and the buildings easy access is not helpful. Homeless hop over the fence or walk in thru the front door, walk in and around the building checking if any doors are open. Management does absolutely nothing about it. Definitely, would look elsewhere. It could be a nice place to live, but not with this manager.
