I've taken several of my shoe's to shoe doctor for repairs. I'm a good customer of theirs. I asked them to install an arch support for one of my dress shoes. I asked them how much it would cost to repair my shoes. The owner’s son said $20. Then I asked them how much it would cost to polish them. He said he would just do it. Then I came to pick them up and he wanted more for the polish them. He was very rude. He said don't call me a liar, I'm honest. He also said he told me the price which he didn't. I then gave him the money and he walked off. I will never go back!
