I your a sadomasochist you will love this place. I went in for a treatment last week. My appointment was two hours of office waiting. The staff is disorganized and dysfunctional. After waiting one more hour with a cream, they put me in a room alone, under an intense Blue Light which was supposed to last 15 minutes, alone and helpless. After 5 or 8 minutes, alone and in extreme pain I yelled for help. Someone came in to ask me why I was yelling. An assistant came in and said she would ask the Dr. if I could get a spray of water, never to return. Results of the treatment were not effective. I had better results at Kaiser. I will follow up with the insurance review board. Never will go back. If you like torture help yourself.
