I come into sherman twice a month from Oklahoma to visit my mother, City Cab is very professional, Courteous, and on time. My mother uses them 1-2 times a week and I have been able to pre pay for her fares with Malinda for her rides to her doctors, and the grocery store, and they even help her carry in her groceries. Malinda has even called me because my mother was quite sick and hadn't gone to the store and I wasn't going to be in town for another week, so she went grocery shopping for my mother, & even cooked her dinner later that night and brought it to her. They are the best.

Professional & friendly. I felt very comfortable with him, where other cabs in town I didn't. I would recommend this guy to anyone!

I couldn't get my mother to a doctor's appointment due to an unexpected emergency at work and they were able to pick her up fairly quickly. After the appointment they took her to grocery store. When they took her home they even helped take her groceries in!! My mother said the driver was very nice. Very pleased with this taxi.

they dont answer the phone hard to make money if you dont answer the phone why have a business and never answer the phone

I called three times, I think I woke him up. He showed up about 45 minuets later in just a regular old car, I was expecting a taxicab, you know yellow with a little light on top! He was so out of it he missed my turn but charged me for the extra to turn around and go back! Bad business!

i would recomend this cab company to all thery are very curtious and helped out us in a hard time and i tank them very much they are real people with big texas heart
