I am happy with the service, it was quickly done. Customer service was healthy and positive. Zachary logston who is a management trainee at he sherman tx location had a positive attitude towards the customer. he took his time to explain me the different cost associated with renting a car and how i can save on it. This young guy definitely can be trained for a better position as he has social intelligence on human interactions which definitely is a positive trait for 21st century business. Price can be reduced which will flow more customers for Enterprise.

The call center was very efficient and polite. However the rates are considerably higher than advertised on their commercials. I understand commercials are not to be totally believed but you should be in the ballpark.

The employees do an awesome job. They learn sign language for me and my husband, and always speak to us by looking at us and making sure we understand! Everything they do is in a timely and reassuring manner! They are a little costly, but the service can't be beat! I am happy with the service by the employees.
