Provided by YP.comOn Sun, Jan 29, my family and friends visited the Sherman location Jump N Land. Our total party was 12-14 kids as well as their parents. Upon arrival, we asked if we could pay for our group in one transaction after they all arrived. We were given a party sheet to sign people in on and I wrote down the names of the children I knew for sure were coming (and that I had agreed to pay for - one child per family). Once everyone arrived, I went with my husband to the front to pay for our group as well as some drinks. When they gave us the list, we noticed they wrote down every child that attended instead of just one per family. I told the lady that those families said they'd paid and asked her to wait a minute while I went to get the parents and clarify the situation. While I was gone, she insisted to my husband the tally was correct and ran his card for the full amount and then made it clear no refunds could be given. I approached with both parents as he was signing the receipt and when I realized she ran it for the wrong amount I took the receipt and tore it and said we needed to be clear before we ran our card. The lady, a mgr named T*****, demanded the receipt back and threatened to call the police but would not talk to us about the charges even with the parents of the children in question standing there with their money out ready to pay. I gave her the receipt and continued to try to clarify the situation but she would not talk with me nor would she reconcile the charges. In the meantime, my four year old had put his $20 bill birthday money in the token machine and we had asked if there was any way we could get at least a portion of the money back. She said they do not handle the tokens but she would call her owner and ask. While she was away calling, my friends and I stood there stunned at what was going on. It was shocking and terrible the way we were being treated. When she came back she accused me of "crossing the line" and "yelling" (even though I have more than four witnesses who could attest that I never yelled or screamed) and she took the tokens from me and counted them. While she was counting, her co-worker put a $20 bill on the counter near me so I reached out for it and T***** slapped her hand on it on the counter and yanked it away. When I told her I thought it was for me, she said, "I'll give it to you when I'm ready to give it to you. You keep saying we're not listening... If you want your money back, you listen to me!" and proceeded to force me to stand there and listen to her lecture me about the situation. When she was done, she handed me the money and said, "Can you please LEAVE?!!?" Shocked, I asked "What?" And she said, "My owner told me to tell you when I gave you that money back to tell you and your party to leave." We had no option but to leave after we'd just paid $100 to be there for my son's 4th birthday. It ruined his party and it was absolutely humiliating. I called the police to see if there was anything they could do and TWO HOURS later they said our entire party could come back in to play (most of which had left, we only had a few family members there by that point) EXCEPT for me. All of this because we wanted to make sure we were billed correctly. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone and I will absolutely NEVER re-visit their Sherman OR McKinney stores as they are owned by the same owner who apparently does not care about serving his customers in the least.

Provided by YP.comThis place is a disaster! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Just after we got there and paid, a staff member walked up to us and told my little girl she would have to LEAVE if she did not have socks to wear. They didn't have socks to borrow or sell to us. They were RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. They blankly stare at you upon arrival, no one smiles or is friendly in the least. They act as if you are bothering them by being there.
Do yourself and your kids a favor and take them to CEC. The staff there is always super friendly, even going out of their way to make sure a fun time is had by all!!

Provided by YPmobileIt was OK the kids enjoyed it
Most of the games didn't work and they cost money plus there's no sign on them to alert you before wasting your money

Provided by YPmobileGreat selection of things for kids to do. Biggest problem was bad management and the place was dirty. The games were fun but the manager was hateful and from the reviews I have read this is a regular occurrence. That is sad because this place has so much potential.

Provided by YP.comLOVE this place! My kids have so much fun here! I first learned of this place when we attended a friends sons birthday party here. The kids were having so much fun we couldn't get them to leave. The price is the best part. No paying by the hour like other jump places. You pay one price and could stay there from open to close if you choose. Very clean. Bring your kids here and you won't be disappointed.

Provided by YPmobileI read that this place was no good but when I went to see for myself it was the opposite. The employees were nice and friendly, the price was really decent and there were a variety of jump houses for my son to play in. My son didn't have enough tickets to get the item he wanted but the lady gave it to him any way.
