Lousy place. Daughter got oil change and for some reason they put some kind of GLUE all over the place. My husband went to change her oil and took him hours to get it loose. My suggestion, do NOT take your car there.

Great folks and clean friendly service. Good products. They recommend Amsoil which was the first in synthetics. They also do flushes on radiators and transmissions

I had taken my truck to the one in Denison -- And after changing out a bad water pump I discovered a leak in the radiator -- took it back and the mechanic tightened the hose -- still leaked -- did not have time to piddle around so I put a can of stop leak in and got the leak down to a few drops on a cold morning.



On the 4th I hit a pot hole -- ran it by there -- either in a lapse of professional judgement or malicious intent the manager rather than running the truck up on the overhead hoist above the clean concrete floor -- which was available -- he pulled it over the grease pit while I was using the restroom -- he then after a few minutes invited me down into the pit and showed me several "seriously leaking items" -- I was tired and went home rather than to the shop in Denison, and the next morning I checked all the fluid levels on these "leaking items" and to my surprise found them at the full levels. He should have waited for me to return from the restroom, let me document

I wish I had the time to go more in depth as to why I would leave such a low rating. It's a warning; do yourself a favor..just go some place else.

First time to use this place and disappointed in the outcome. For a full service place, they did not wash the front window (dirt arc from the wipers and bug splats still on it), didn't fill the washer fluid reservoir (3/4's empty when I got home), and didn't vacuum the front floor (driver's side or passenger side have lots of visible dirt clumps next to sides of mats) even though their receipt said they did. And when I drove up all their bays were empty so there wasn't a line of people waiting to be gotten to. I didn't expect detailing but I did expect them to provide the full service their website and their employee who checked me in said they'd do. They did sign off on the car inspection and it does appear they did change the oil and oil filter as well. Charges were as expected.

They always explain everything to me. I never have to worry about them cheating me just because I'm a girl :)

I brought my daughter's car in for service and was sold an oil change, air filter and diagnostic for a faulty fuel sensor. Imagine my surprise when I take the car to be serviced at a different company and am asked where my air filter is and why I was driving a car with no air filter? I responded that I had purchased a new air filter with an oil change at Kwik Kar Lube and Tune in Sherman, but evidently they had failed to install a new one. When I called the manager about this I was told that he would do some investigation on the subject and get back with me. Almost 1 month has passed and no word. So I feel that I need to give a negative review for this service and pray that I have no lasting damage to my car for their neglect. --Gene Amerson
