Went in there today with my Corvette. Came in around 3 in the afternoom. First I went into the customer waiting area and the service counter, nodody there. I looked through the window and there were no customer vehicles in the shop and I could not see anyone. I then stepped out in the shop, and said hello, is anyone here?. Instead of being greeted with sorry we are short handed or welcome to the shop, I get basically get reamed out for coming into the shop. The person states its for insurance purposes, I get that, rules are in place for a reason, but he could have been a little more tactful and customer service oriented. Once we were outside I asked him to look under my corvette, and asked how much it would be to replace a couple of pipes. He states you just need to order that stuff from some Corvette website. I asked him if he was not going to look at it and he states he has been in business for the 12 years and did not need to look at it. By then, I had had enough and just left. In fact I was not needing piping all the way from the headers to the mufflers. I just needed the pipes replaces from the rear axle back to the mufflers. None of the mechanical components of my Corvette are stock, therefore it has to ve custom fit. Cant order custom fit out of the book. I was willing to pay good money to have this done. My recommendation to all the hot rodders, or people that want something out of the box or not your standard muffler, avoid this place and for god sakes if you find the facility in a state where it appears abdandoned, just leave, dont go looking for anyone and get chewed out.
