Provided by YP.comI had a bad experience at Spirit Ink. I took merchandise in to have it embroidered, but when I picked it up, it looked nothing like what I had ordered (microscopic lettering, and in the wrong places). The man (owner?) was apologetic, but mostly made excuses. I went back the next day, after everyone I showed the stuff to said it was worthless, and he gave me money back for the work they had done, but did nothing to replace my ruined items. Out of 9 items, only 2 were salvageable. He acted SO SORRY, but did not feel he should have to replace my items. He doesn't--but I have a lot of friends who will not be impressed their lack of follow-through. He acted like it was a "misunderstanding" or whatever, but the original lady who helped me (Sandy) never would face me or help me once the products were completed. I believe that she knew they were inferior. She had called me the day they were supposed to be ready, telling me they were behind and she had to leave, etc. So, she just got busy and lazy and rushed through my order, not caring if it was right or not. Stay away.
