Awful. We were told it was going to be over 3 hours until we could be seen. Process is so slow and staff unfriendly.

Worse experience I ever had at a hospital. 4 hrs in ER no one doing anything except peeking around the door occasionally. I had no access to a call button. They almost killed me buy refusing to give me my medication for 16 hrs. a medication I take every 4 hrs for the past 3 yrs. My call button was broken which maintenance never came to fix. One nurse opened my pill pack with her teeth, I could go If EMS even looks like they are going to WNJ I will demand to be returned home if there's no other place available. That place should have been closed years ago. There were a couple of nice nurses and doctors. The night people were all lazy, non caring jerks that obviously don't have one compassionate bone in their body.

Exceptional physicians. Facility may not be as nice as competitors but the care is wonderful.

I've been here 3 times in the past year and all 3 times the registration lady is awful. She's the first person you see and she's just horribly rude. The others are all nice and caring.
