Absolute worst pharmacy experience ever. The lead pharmacist refuses to dispense pseudophed, strictly based on her own bias that she will not do it, regardless of valid prescription. This is technically an OTC medication, but I actually get my doc to keep a refillable 'script on hand, yet they still refuse to honor and dispense it. Corporate backed this policy up, too. Meanwhile, I have to drive 30 minutes across town to the other CVS to get my legit 'script filled by a more reasonable, professional pharmacist that is willing to do their job in an ethical manner.
CVS Sherwood is a shameful disgrace and undeserving of your patronage.
