I give this store a rating of 0... With that being said, my husband is in this town, 4 hours away from home, working 14 hour days. He don't always have time to cook, and usually stops by the " LITTLE CEASERS" down the road... Decided to try delivery in the area for the first time ( being 5/10 of a mile away) and the employees, after 2 hrs, decided they couldn't find where he is. Mind you, they have already charged my debit card, once, call him again ( 2 1/2 hrs) and says they sent the person out and still can't find the place... Need to charge my account again if he wants the driver to come back. My husband is a pretty patient person, and would have paid full price for his cold pizza as well as give the driver a tip... Just as long as he didn't have to cook. Needless to say - if you offer delivery, and you can't find a location off the se road as you're located, maybe you should have different drivers! I know fast food can be stressful! I'm a manager in fast food for years, and I've never been so outraged in my life. I'm out $30 and my husband is eating Bologna for dinner.
