This Taco Bell is literally the WORST Taco Bell that I have ever been to. (And I've made my way across the United States of America more than one with just a couple bucks in my pocket.) I will purposely drive out of my way to go to the other two locations (at least fifteen + minutes) to ensure that I get the food that I ordered. And by get the food that I ordered, I mean that I get all of the items that I ordered (not someone else's order, which happens FREQUENTLY) and that the food that I ordered was prepared correctly. I DO NOT WANT SOURCREAM. WHEN I SAY NO SOUR CREAM AND IT COMES UP ON THE SCREEN WITH "NOSOURCREAM," WOULDN'T YOU AS A VERY LOGICAL PERSON NOT EXPECT TO TAKE A BITE IN THE FIVE THINGS THAT YOU ORDERED AND GET SOURCREAM? The caps are a bit of an overstatement, buy MY GOD, when you go to this Taco Bell at any time, whether it's months apart or days apart, whether you are sober or non, you still DO NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED.
