I read the previous review and I have to totally disagree!! I am a graduate of TSPA and I know that the only way you are "kicked out" is if you are really not there to do what you need to do AND it has to be done multiple times in order for that to happen. I've been graduated now for 5 years and I would ONLY recommend this school for future stylist. I still come for services and the school only improves as the years go on! if you are interested in becoming more than just a stylist, someone who is great at business and hair then TSPA is where you need to be! my niece will be starting this July and I couldn't be more pleased!

This is a very unprofessional school. They have some very immature educators.. Very disappointed.. After you put in 50% of your hours they can drop you for anything they make up.. Then you have to pay the remaining tuition! I'm not the only person this has happened to.. I only had 2 months left. 330 hours.. I have to pay them $3700 to get credit for my hours!!! Very disappoint experience .. Everyone beware!!!

After my visit here, I will probably go somewhere else to get my hair done. My appointment was very awkward for me. My stylist introduced herself and we went over what I wanted to do with my hair but honestly, the instructor talked to me for maybe 5 minutes and said more than my stylist said to me the whole appointment. She talked to the stylist next to us and another one across from us but never to me. When we were waiting for the timer to go off so we could rinse the dye out of my hair, the last 8 minutes she watched the timer. That was not even so terrible but when she was placing the color in my hair so got on my forehead and instead of wiping it off, she let it sit there and didn't even feel the need to wash it off when my appointment was done. She didn't even use the right color and my hair ended up almost black and I had asked for a brown with a gold tint. There was no gold and only a little bit of a red tint which was because of the previous color in my hair. One of the things I like when I get my hair done is the softness after everything is done but I left the salon with my hair not any softer than it is on a regular day, it was actually kind of stiff because of all the product she used in it. The only good things I could say about my visit is that the salon was clean, and my hair cut was nice and my eyebrows looked really good but other then that it was awful. I will keep going to Paul Mitchell, I will pay the extra costs of treatments if it means I can get someone who knows what they are doing.

Hi-lites

I got some of the best hi-lites I have ever had. I was suprised that a student could do such great work. She was a level 3 student, so she cost a little more than a student that just started, but it was worth it.

very nice

I thought this was a high end salon until I walked in and realized it was a beauty school. The girl did a great job on my hair and I got a pedicure. The pedicure was great and the service was outstanding.
