I had family looking for a home in the Tualatin area that were from out of town. They made an appointment a week in advance to view a particular home shown by Jennifer. We were waiting at the residence when we recieved a phone call that it had been sold. We never received a call to cancel the appointment. Not only was the special trip made for nothing, they were not offered any assistance to help locate another potential property. Jennifer showed no consideration for someone elses time. My family will be moving to the Portland area and will be in need of a realitor. A little service from Bidges would have secured a customer. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know. Personally, I will do just the opposite.

The Bridges group made what was potentially a very stressful experience into a smooth and easy process - and fun too! I was trying to find a place to live in just a couple days and was completing most of the business from out of town. Everyone, especially my agent, went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out and make things easy on me. I ended up with a great place and couldn't be happier!

These guys are truly top notch! If you're considering any kind of real estate transaction you've got to call the Bridges!! I consider myself to be pretty particular about getting a good deal and being treated with honesty and frankness. I double and tripled checked the four mortgages Shane Bridges put together for me and in every case he over-delivered on rate and pricing! He couldn't be beat!! Jen Bridges has a God-given gift that puts her in a completely different league than her peers in the industry. She has an unmatched sense of discernment to know the right buy or sell, but also is a very saavy and assertive negotiator! I was very impressed with her ability to move a transaction in our direction despite the resistance from the other agent. Jeff Tinnin was our main point of contact in our transactions. He made us feel like we were his only clients although he was extremely busy with several other clients. That alone is a sign of a strong commitment to people, not commission. He was always very patient, honest, and made the transactions stress free. The best part about Bridges Financial, is that they are all a team. In other "one-stop-shop" organizations, there is an obvious disjointedness where the right-hand isn't talking to the left-hand, but it's quite the opposite with this group - they are a cohesive, well-oiled machine. I will work with them again!!
