We ate lunch/dinner here on Jan 1st. The food was mediocre Mexican fare--not bad, not great. Even though it was not busy, the service was slow, but we didn't complain about it. When I was looking at my bank card statement a couple months later I noticed 2 charges on my card for the same date at this restaurant. (We have only eaten there 1 time and will never go back.) I called them and we also took the bank card statement into the restaurant and requested a refund for the for the double billing. The manager refuses to refund our money saying that he can't find any record of it. We have our bank card statement clearly showing both billings and the credit card company said they show it was processed. At one point, the manager even had someone talk to me who he said was "one of their bank people" but who actually turned out to be a customer who eats there on a regular basis and works for a bank--NOT their bank. They are not interested in resolving this, even though we have clear evidence of the double billing. If you go here, be sure to check your credit card bill as soon as it comes in to avoid the same issues we are having.
