I've been wearing glasses my whole life and this was my first experience with a bad prescription. I've never had glasses not work for me before. When my prescription glasses didn't work for me, they tried once to "fix" it by ordering new lenses, but when they still didn't work for me, they were fuzzy and gave me a headache, they not only would not take the glasses back, they would not do a refund, they became uncomfortably hostile and confrontational. The doctor did call me and was rude and ended the call with hanging up on me. Very disappointed in this place.
