It is now over a year since our wedding and I am still missing some pictures. I have paid for the pictures, and the company cashed the check 5 months ago so I don't know what the hold up is. I have e-mailed him 3 times and called him once and left a message - I have heard nothing back. Awful!!!

I used Nordlund Photography for my wedding, mostly because of low price, and all in all the experience was not a good one!



The photographer did pictures with the wedding party and families ahead of the wedding, and did some non-candid shots at the dance. I think we ended up with five-six candid shot in our whole preview album. Quite a few of the photographs in our preview album were blurred, and some other ones were strangely lit.



As far as service when it came to reordering photograps this is another matter. It took about 2+ months after our wedding until we received our preview album (we were able to look at the pictures online but the online previews were small and there was no option for zooming on the pictures).



My mother in law received her pictures fast. I ordered an album for my mother and it took 1 1/2 month to get this album, and when I received it the pictures were in a plastic bag, so were the paper frames, and I ended up spending 1 hour putting the pictures in the frames, putting the frames in the plastic pages and putting the album together. My sister in law received some pictures that she ordered online approximately 1 1/2 month before as well, and when she received these they were "blurry"



If I could do it over I would have put more money into it and gone with a different photographer.



All in all I regret using this photographer for our wedding!
