I am really glad I found Duck's Home Theater to help me with my security needs. I recently opened a new store and it had an obsolete alarm system. Duck's gave me a bid that was competitive with the other companies I received bids from (including the company that had originally installed it), and they had included items that "customized" the application for my type business. They rewired all the devices with superior wire to the existing wire to minimize false alarms for the same price other companies bid to just activate the system. Duck's provided an in depth, person to person demonstration to familiarize me and my employees with the various options and benefits of a good alarm system. The monthly monitoring fee was far less than I expected. When we decided to add an additional option of panic buttons, they gave us another great deal and went out of their way to get it installed right away. I can call them anytime to ask questions and they always provide the information in a professional and caring manner. You can tell the owners really care about service.



They provided such great service, I've decided to have them install a security camera system so I can monitor my business from anywhere on the internet for yet another very competitive price. I recommend them VERY highly.

I had a project larger than I wanted to do, so I got a few bids. Duck's was referred to me from a friend so I let them bid on it, along with a couple of "Big companies". They offered me more technological solutions for less money, compared to those other guys out there. Now our living room really rocks, I can listen to music outside and anywhere else in the house. They put these little keypads in the rooms and speakers in the ceiling, now every room sounds just awesome! Duck's Home Theater has a lot of referrals, there family owned and really nice people. After they did our Audio/Video project we called them back to do an alarm and camera system for our shop. We're very happy and will tell everyone, give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
