My home warranty company called them to fix a broken shower door. When the technician arrived he stated that they do NOT fix shower doors, spent 60 seconds with pliers trying to do something, then charged me $60 and left. I have called them repeatedly to question their business practice of charging for work that they are not qualified to do, but they refuse to return my phone calls. BEWARE.

I was very happy with Ideal Plumbing. The technician was prompt, neat, and in and out within 30 minutes. He was very courteous and professional as well. I will not hesitate to call this company again. Thanks for a great job! Anna

Use The Plumbing Therapist in Elk Grove instead! Ideal Plumbing can't even fix a toilet! Two plumbers came out and couldn't fix a leaking tank. How pathetic. The Plumbing Therapist came out replaced the seal and flap and VIOLA! No more leak. Ideal wanted to order parts from the manufacterer, because they claimed standard parts would not fit a Sterling toilet!

They also said it would take weeks or months to get Grohe parts for my faucet. I waited 3 weeks and still no parts. The Plumbing Therapist had them ordered and installed within 2 days! They're awesome! Call them instead of these clowns: (916) 961-1111
