I would not recommend this facility for boarding your dog. The owner is very unprofessional, and canceled the reservation for my dog two days before I was supposed to drop her off. Her reasoning behind canceling was that she was full and no longer had room. She was also very rude on the phone.

My dog loves Mountain View Pet Retreat! And so do I!

The facilities are clean. Pat and Ralph are just lovely to deal with. They make you feel very comfortable about leaving your dog and encourage you to call for check up reports on your pet. They are truly dog lovers and it really shows in the quality of care they deliver. I drive 30 miles one way to board my dog and it is worth every mile.

Very friendly and accommodating. My dog enjoys his stays there, and gets lots of personalized attention.

I take my dog here and I am very pleased with the services provided. I have a Bernese Mountain Dog and she loves staying there because of all the love and attention she gets! I recommend this to everyone!

I recently took my yorkie, Jackson, there and he seemed very happy. He appeared well taken care of when I picked him up. The facility was very clean and the owner was so nice. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone who wants their animal taken care of properly. Also, you can't beat the price!!!

My dog was sick for days after a recent visit to Mt. View. He would not eat & experienced diarrhea & vomiting for 3 days! Not sure what happened to him during his brief stay, but I will not be taking him there again.
