They were friendly and helpful until we purchased the shed and that’s where it stopped. We have an issue with one of the windows. It does not open easily. The other ones open smoothly but the this one you have to fight with it to get it open. Called left them a message about it. They called back and sounded annoyed. Told my husband if he couldn’t fix it that they would give him another window for him to put in. 😡. After paying almost $8,000 for it I figured they could come out and fix it or replace it themselves. Not happy.
