I really liked this place when I first discovered it, and I would go there often. The one employee I encountered the most always seemed like he couldn't be bothered, but while his attitude was a little annoying, it wasn't going to stop me from shopping there. I was given the wrong product one day; I noticed it right away, but when I asked Mr Indifference if that was the right one, he blew me off like I was some sort of schmuck, and said "yea yea thats the right one" when it clearly wasn't. If their prices were great, I would be a lot more tolerant of the whole thing, but selling liquids for 1$/1ml is crazy. On top of that, you just don't feel comfortable going into the place when it's filled with random ass people that don't look too savory. Theres one employee I did encounter that was pretty cool though; if the rest of them were like that, I'd probably still be going to the place, despite their crazy prices.

I have been to this store many times never had a problem, until today. There is a worker named Tom there, that asked for my ID & I gladly gave it to him... He then accused me of using a fake ID. He questioned my DOB and address of course I had no problem answering. He started to help me, but was EXTREMELY rude. I then apparently didn't use the proper lingo, so he refused to serve me. I also had walked in on him giving a couple an attitude as well. I plan to contact manager. They have really high prices and basically have no customer service skills.

Pretty good staff, friendly and store is organized really well. Came in for a hookah set up and my wife got a vaporizer sub ohm set up. Deff will return

I would not recommend going into this place, staff is not friendly they're pretty sleezy. There's usually people hanging around inside the store which isn't bad but the vibe of this store is sketchy. The prices aren't good either you could shop online to get a good starter kit for 40 bucks less than you would pay at this store. The manager there is some teenage kid who just wants your money and to get up over you. Also there is a lot of drama in this store it's just a drag. There are drug dealers that walk in there to buy products that they sell their drugs in; crack cocaine plastic/glass tubes, small white heroin folding papers and things of that nature. It's a pretty bad place and I would not recommend going there.

I won't go in here again. Prices are not competitive, staff is not friendly... but they probably have what you're looking for if you're desperate and willing to overpay. I went to purchase an item here today that I buy regularly and always costs $1, and inexplicably the guy told me the price went up to $3 this time. I was highly suspicious, and suddenly he needed to see my I.D. (the first time out of all the times i've been here, and the preceding visit he failed to ask right in front of his own boss!) Too inconsistent to patronize. You're better off buying online.
