This is a bad outfit. The fellow who serviced my 60-gallon tank managed to kill two tanks of ten fish within a two-year period. The owner, Eric, proceeded to charge me full fee during both windows when the tank was empty. He then proceeded to grumble about his employee because he has back problems and missed several days of work. The final straw came when the installed timer stopped functioning. I requested a new one that worked in order to provide a good ratio of light-dark for the fish. Eric called to "fire me" because "you are costing me too much money." Just amazing, eh?
