Careful. Weekend special could cost you. Returned rental car as instructed to the lot on a Holiday. Inspected the car carefully since the salesperson so pushy about selling the damage waiver. I was concerned that they would look for any tiny spot and charge me. Employee was on lot cleaning cars when I returned vehicle. Following day spouse received a call that car had major damage to roof, as if someone sat on it! "You are responsible for damage even if it occurred on our lot since you DID NOT TAKE THE DAMAGE WAIVER". Told that I cannot view the damage since car was sent to shop ,and shop won't allow me to visit. " We will send Photos". One week and no photos. Good luck with this group. Bargain weekend rate will turn into thousands owed.

CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS LOCATION BESIDE BEEN EXCEPTIONAL

This location of Enterprise should be the model for all locations. Courteous, helpful, and effective. The associates went out of their way to meet my needs, and even when I managed to return the car with a scratch they were still wonderful! I highly recommend this location!
