I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AT THE PARTS AND SERVICE DEPTS. - THOSE ARE THE ONES I USED - IN THE PARTS DEPT. JAMES WAS EXCEPTIONAL ALONG WITH TOBY , ERICK AND NOAH - VERY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGABLE - THEY HELPED ME MAKE THE DECISIONS TO GET THE CORRECT PARTS FOR MY TRIKE !!!! THE SERVICE DEPT. WAS GREAT TO - FROM ' DOC ' TO MY MECHANIC ' FLACO ' ! FALCO IS AN EXCEPTIONAL MECHANIC WHICH WILL BE MY MECHANIC TILL HE LEAVES YOUR ESTABLISHMENT ! IN ALL IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I WILL BE BACK WITH MY TRIKE WHENEVER IT NEEDS ATTENTION !!! THANKS AGAIN FOR SUCH A THRILLING EXPERIENCE !!!!

Sc rew these primadonnas.Save yourself some hassles and head to Calumet HD in Munster, Indiana. Only 30 minutes from Joliet out I80. Took My Harley rear wheel to Conrads with my own new tire and They would not Mount my new tire on my rim because I did not buy my tire there. Conrads service guys were doing nothing at the time but having a circle jerk together in the center of the service Dept. Calumet Installed it. Calumet wins my cash!

Any body have anything nice to say about conrads? I went to starved rosh site and it was all bad. i am looking for someplace to go I can trust my baby with.
