This is an honest to goodness family owned business. They have been serving my family's cars for years and have always been honest and fair about their work and pricing. I have never had any issues with them, and they can work with anyone's schedule. The other review about a loose oil cap was wrong, because by car does a similar thing. Sometimes, the manufacture puts the drain plug (where oil is let out from the engine) in a car in an area that can gather oil. No matter how much you try, it will still drip a little. Trust me, I used to change my own oil until I found Shorewood Lube, and ever since I have used them.

My family has been going to shorewood lube for over 20 years. They are always welcoming to us, asking how our family is, ect. Their work is top notch, always have my car back same day, and a very fair price, never once have we had to return a vehicle for the same problem. Our family is very comfortable with their services, we would not even consider buying another car unless Mark looks at it and gives us an ok! Very honest, and very reliable, we recommend them to all our family and friends. Thanks Shorewood Lube keep up the great work!

My husband and I have been a customer of Shorewood Lube and Service for over 20 years. We have had nothing but friendly, professional and speedy service. They have always had an outstanding reputation in our community and we will continue to recommend their services.

I’m disappointed. I have used Shorewood Lube & Service three times. The first time I was very pleased. The second time I thought I was over charged and the third time I felt I was completely raped. Charged me $100 for 30min of labor and billed me $106 for a $60 part. There will not be a forth.
