My family has been purchasing and servicing cars with Tyson for the last 30 years. A great place to do but and service a vehicle.

Tyson Motor made me one happy customer. Micah was very helpful and a real nice guy. Easy to work with and no pressure to buy. Tim was able to get me a deal that made me happy. Believe me, I shopped the same car and options from 4 local dealers and Tyson gave me the best deal on my new car and best trade-in value for my old car. Jim stepped up and went beyond what he had to make a good deal great and to make me happy. Bob processed the deal and got me in and out there real fast. Thanks to everyone at Tyson. I would highly recommend you buy from them.

If I could rate this dealership with ZERO stars I would do so. I purchased a Jeep at Tyson. There were no problems with the sale but I have had nothing but problems with the service since day one. I've brought my Jeep in for an oil change and it was returned to me as completed but the oil was NOT changed. When I took it in for the first tire rotation they broke off one of the lug nuts and then tried to blame me for it. I took it in recently for transmission service that should have taken one day, One week later I got the Jeep back in the evening and discovered the next morning during a snow storm that they failed to reconnect the 4-wheel drive. I had to take it back so Tyson could finish the work that should have been done the first time. How was one week not enough to get the work done correctly? Tyson's service department has a terrible track record of not performing the work correctly, if they do the work at all.



I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. And if anyone decides to go there anyway, be very careful with purchasing any extended warranty products. I paid a lot of money to have the top of the line full lifetime warranty. When I took my Jeep in for transmission work I was told I should have brought it in a little earlier for a check up but because I didn't my warranty was null and void. Read all the fine print. Do not trust them for anything.

This is the second vehicle I've bought from this dealership,It was a very pleasant experience no hard sell and no hassle. The finance part of the deal was also no hard sell and no hassel thanks to the finance person.If anybody is looking for a car I would come here.

This was by far the easiest and most painless car buying experience I have ever had. I found the car online on Friday afternoon, set the appointment to view it for Saturday morning, and picked it up Wednesday night. All of my requests and questions were answered promptly and without hesitation. GREAT job!!

Overall experience was great.Our dealer explained the pros and cons of choosing an older car over a newer. When we made our decision he explained our options. He was honest and helpful in all aspects of the sale. We would highly recommend him to anyone.
