Talented barbers in a friendly atmosphere. No where else like it; it's a throwback to the time where customers became friends, shared a laugh, were treated like family and received a great haircut. Pete has carried on Nick's style and legacy seamlessly. They have served generations of families, which speaks for itself. It's a treasure

I called on behalf of a friend to cancel an appointment today and was treated very rudely by Karen. I do understand that it's disappointing and at times frustrating to have someone cancel at the last minute, but it is also important to realize it's not all about you, Karen. You hung up as I was saying sorry for cancelling so late and you didn't even allow me to finish. This particular client was admitted to the hospital about an hour earlier and I hope when he comes to see you at his rescheduled appointment, that you will treat him with respect and better than you treated me today. I know based on today's experience I will not be inclined to recommend anyone to this establishment.

At Nick's Barbershop in Shorewood you will always get a fine haircut. I have been going there for more than 20 years and have never been disappointed. In fact, a trip to this shop is always something I look forward to.
