Provided by YP.comBrought a watch in for basic repair and it came back with additional damages. The lens was scratched and not sealed properly and moisture got in. The face was cloudy which Carlos, the salesperson said was fingerprints. Cleaning it made it worse.
They wanted to bring it back to the repairman but I refused since they damaged it in the first place. Went upstairs to Tourneau and am awaiting an estimate on their damages, which is expected to be big $$$.

Provided by YP.comHorrible! Their collective attitude vacilates between not caring and making excuses for their abundant incompetence. I would not do business with them again.

Provided by YP.comHello everybody,
I was just at Orologio at the Short Hills mall. I have bought a watch at the store before, but on this occasion I had the misfortune to meet the owner of both stores... Ron Oppenheimer. I came and asked for a watch band which would fit my watch face. Instead of showing me the selection of watch bands, Ron questioned the authenticity of my watch, telling me how he could not service a fake watch.
I asked him "if I were to come in with no watch at all, could you not sell me a watch band anyways?"
Upon hearing this Ron went absolutely bezerk, threatening to call mall security. I swear to everybody that I was not being rude at all. Ron actually caught me off guard when he told me he was going to call security.
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN, AND I PLEAD WITH EVERYBODY TO FOLLOW MY EXAMPLE!
Ron simply disrespected me in more ways than I would like to mention. I consider myself a kind person, and have never before had problems with a salesperson in my life, except the owner of Orologio in this particular instance.
Thank you
