This one HAS to be five stars. Motor home broke down in Salt River Canyon; they moved immediately to get us out of there and safe. My choice of shops to drop off for work was a real rip-off; A scam artist there tried to make me buy an "up to date" set of tires before they would work on it. The owner of Excel Towing advised me on where to go for repairs, helped us to get there and in so doing, introduced us to another first class business. That repair shop treated us fairly, did the job very promptly and the charges were eminently fair and a bargain, compared to the first repair shop. Big rigs are no problem with Excel; They handle with care and leave no marks on your vehicle, anywhere, anytime.Very highly recommended. FIRST CLASS SERVICE.

Over priced and a rip off ...My wife got our 40 foot RV and truck towed from top of Bartlett lake road to east mesa $250... Excel Towing towed my motorcycle from the first turn in salt river canyon to their yard in Show Low $306 and they wanted more Sunday closed so I could not get it then they tried to charge me for 3 days storage but only had it in their possession less than 48 hours on top of that they tried to charge another $40 for after hours to open the gate when I was there at 3:30 Monday afternoon and I called and was told to call back at 4:30 (closing time) and someone could meet me there as they were retrieving another bike at the time I call ... so I called at 4:30 and was told I could go there so I get there 4:45 and they try to charge after hour fee to which I argued and had removed ... pretty good team work trying to rip off the public by having the office tell me call at 4:30 WHEN THEY CLOSE ...SO HOW ARE THEY 24 HOURS?
